Information & Conditions of Entry

  1. This Meet is conducted under the rules of SNSWL and is Area & Swimming NSW Approved.
  2. Swimmers that have qualified for NSW Long Course Country Championships are ineligible to attend.
  3. Qualifying Times apply to Events 1 & 2. Swimmers who have a best time slower than 3:10.00 cannot enter these events.
  4. Entries for this meet will be restricted to 1,000 Individual Entries.
  5. The meet director reserves the right to amend the program and conditions as necessary.
  6. Age as at 25th February, 2017.
  7. Race entry fees are $6.00 per individual event and $9.00 for each relay team.
    Pool entry: Free for all Spectators and Swimmers.
    Meet Programs: Available via free download from our website. Printed programs will not be available for purchase.
  8. Online Entries are preferred, details and entry form are available on the Online Entries Page.
    Electronic Entries from Race Secretaries are required for Manual Entries; e-entry file is available on the E-Entries Page.
    Manual Entries from individual swimmers will not be accepted.
  9. Entries close at 5pm on 11th February, 2017 or when the Entry Limit is reached – whichever occurs first.
    E-Entry summary sheets and entry fees are to be forwarded to:

    No Late or Phone Entries will be accepted.
  10. Relay Entries will not be accepted on the day.
  11. Cheques are to be made payable to: Merrylands Amateur Swimming Club Inc.
  12. All events will be timed finals and medals will be awarded to the first three places in each age group in dual age events and the first three places in all other events.
  13. Mixed relays must contain at least one male and one female swimmer. All swimmers must be from the same club.
  14. A BBQ will run on the day with food available for purchase.
