Position Statement

The Club is encouraging the community to vote YES in the poll.

The Club is keen to see Cumberland Council improve the swimming facilities within the local government area for all of the community to use – not close pools.

Merrylands Amateur Swimming Club Inc has been an active contributor to and participant in the Holroyd community for almost 50 years, utilising the Merrylands Swimming Centre for this entire period of time.

The Club plans to continue to promote and develop swimming through teaching and development programmes aimed at beginners, competitors and officials within the local community.
