Club Membership

Applications for Club Membership are submitted online through the Swimming Australia Registration System (Swim Central). Payments must also be made through this system via Credit/Debit Card. The club's Committee has the discretion to accept or reject an application for membership.

You are required to upload a Proof of Age document such as a Birth Certificate during the membership application process.

Second Claim Members

Second Claim Membership is for members of another Swimming NSW club that want to participate in our squad training program only. Members must be a financial first claim member of another Swimming NSW affiliated club, and need to upload proof of this during the purchase process (i.e. a copy of your First Claim membership receipt).

Refund Policy

In general, under Australian Consumer Law, Swimming NSW has no obligation to refund membership fees regardless of the timeframe after, or circumstances in which a member determines that they no longer wish to remain a member. See the Swimming NSW Refund Policy for more information.

Masters Membership

Please note that you must have completed your Club Membership above for your Masters Membership to be approved. Masters Membership is only for Swimmers 18yrs & Over who wish to compete in Masters events.

New & Renewing Masters Members

Applications for Masters Membership are moving to the Swimming Australia Registration System (Swim Central) from 1st November 2022.

New Masters Members can join through the current system before 30th September, 2022. No new memberships will be accepted during the transition period (October 2022).
