At last weekend’s NSW Metropolitan Short Course Championships, Merrylands swimmers broke 13 PBs and were finalists in 3 events.

It was an especially good meet for Todd Jenkin and Etiuate Veamatahau, representing the club for the first time at the Metropolitan Championships. Both Todd and ET broke their PBs in all their events. Todd also placed 7th in the 12-13yrs 50m Breaststroke.

Troy Tomkinson broke his PB in the 14-15yrs 100m Butterfly to place 10th and Mitchell Emery placed 6th in the 11yrs & Under 100m Breaststroke.

Congratulations to all 8 swimmers who represented our club.
