Speedo Sprint Series Results 13th February, 2016

Merrylands will have 2 representatives at the NSW Speedo Sprint Series Finals following the Metro South West Area Heats which were held at the Blacktown Aquatic Centre on February 7, 2015.

Merrylands was represented by a team of 9 swimmers who competed in 31 events. The team consisted of the following swimmers:

Paige Attard
Benjamin Crabb
Dyana Crab
Elijah Seruvatu
Tatiana Seruvatu
Matthew Vicic
Michael Vicic
Sophia Vicic
Ruby Wainwright

Matthew Vicic and Dyana Crabb both qualified for the Finals. Dyana qualified for the 50m Butterfly, 50m Freestyle and 50m Breaststroke, while Matthew qualified for the 50m Butterfly.

The rest of the team also swam well with 18 new personal best times swum. Congratulations to the whole team on their results and good luck to Matthew and Dyana at the Finals in March.
