2002 Australian Championships 9th March, 2002

The 2002 Australian Championships will be held at the Chandler Aquatic Centre in Brisbane from March 17-23, 2002.

This year the Championships double as the selection trials for the 2002 Commonwealth Games and the 2002 Pan Pacific Championships. Channel Nine’s Wide World of Sports will be showing live coverage of the finals each night of the Championships.

As with last year we will be screening the Saturday night finals session in the Club Room on March 23rd at 7:00pm. This year we will again be having some trivia during the ad breaks. Tickets will go on sale next Saturday and will cost $2 per person. A BBQ dinner will also be available but must be pre-ordered. Due to limited space in the club room there will only be 50 tickets available for sale so you had better get in quick.
