NSW Metropolitan Short Course Championships 1st August, 2026

This weekend Jay Shrestha will compete at the NSW Metropolitan Short Course Championships.  This is the first time Jay has qualified for the Short Course Championships and adds to his qualifications following his strong summer season.

Jay will compete in the 50m Breaststroke on Sunday Morning.
