NSW Metropolitan Championships - Latest News

The 2006 NSW Metropolitan Championships will be held at the Sydney Olympic Park Aquatic Centre on Saturday 4th & Sunday 5th March, 2006.

Our club will be represented by 5 swimmers at the meet, competing in 9 individual events with this year's team featuring a mixture of new and experienced swimmers.
Anthony Ventra will compete at his first Metropolitan Championships after qualifying at the Cumberland Championships earlier this month. David Wang returns to our Metropolitan team having missed last year's short course season due to injury and Peter Johnston also returns to the long course team having last competed at the long course championships in 2003.
Todd Jenkin, competing in his third long course championships will contest 3 events at the meet while Brittany Johnson, competing in only her second long course championships will be our only female representative.

Peter Johnston
	17yrs & Over 100m Breaststroke	(Day 1 - Session 1 - 11:44am)
Brittany Johnson
	16yrs 100m Butterfly	(Day 1 - Session 1 - 11:41pm)
	16yrs 100m Breaststroke	(Day 1 - Session 2 - 3:29pm)
	16yrs 100m Freestyle	(Day 2 - Session 3 - 11:30am)
