Merrylands has finished the Metro South West Short Course Championships with 2 medals and 19 finalists.
Reece Tomkinson won 2 medals at the meet, finishing with Silver in the 17yrs & Over 50m Backstroke and Bronze in the Open 50m Backstroke.
Michael Evans, Alison Johnston, Tatiana Seruvatu, Niushka Shrestha and Unish Shrestha were all finalists at the meet.
Our team also swam 55 new personal best times at the meet, with a number of swimmers achieving multiple PBs in a single event by swimming new 50m PBs as part of their 100m events. The following members swam at least 1 new personal best time:
