Presentation
Our Annual Presentation will be held on Saturday 24th May, 2025 at Club Merrylands.
To avoid disappointment on the night, please check your eligibility to receive an award below before attending.
Doors to the presentation room will open at 6:00pm, with the Presentation commencing at 6:30pm.
You will be able to purchase dinner before or after the Presentation from the
Club Facilities.
Please note that food and drinks are not permitted in the presentation room.
Children are asked to sit with their parents.
Award Eligibility
To avoid disappointment on the night, please check your eligibility to receive an award below before attending.
- Graded Point Score: Swimmers must have participated in at least 50% of club mornings during the season to be eligible for an award.
- Championships: Swimmers must have competed in a minimum number of Championship events to be eligible for an award. The minimum number depends on the swimmer's age and is detailed in By-Law 21.3(c).

Annual General Meeting
Our Annual General Meeting will be held online on Monday, 26th May, 2025 at 7.30pm. We
would like to encourage members over 18 to attend this meeting and be involved in the
