Presentation
Our Annual Presentation will be held on Saturday 30th May, 2026 at Club Merrylands.
To avoid disappointment on the night, please check your eligibility to receive an award below before attending.
Doors to the presentation room will open at 6:00pm, with the Presentation commencing at 6:30pm.
You will be able to purchase dinner before or after the Presentation from the
Club Facilities.
Please note that food and drinks are not permitted in the presentation room.
Children are asked to sit with their parents.
Award Eligibility
To avoid disappointment on the night, please check your eligibility to receive an award below before attending.
- Graded Point Score: Swimmers must have participated in at least 50% of club mornings during the season to be eligible for an award.
- Championships: Swimmers must have competed in a minimum number of Championship events to be eligible for an award. The minimum number depends on the swimmer's age and is detailed in By-Law 21.3(c).

Senior Swimmers have the choice of receiving a trophy, voucher for use in our
online store,
for Squad Fees or a gift voucher. Swimmers must notify the Trophy Committee by
8pm
on Tuesday, 21st April, 2026 of their decision.

Championship Competitors
Championship Competitors over the age of 10yrs who have achieved a place in the
Championship Competition have the choice of receiving a trophy, voucher for use in our
