Relay Entries

Relay entries for the Merrylands SwimFest must be submitted by Club Race Secretaries using one of the following methods:
  1. Enter and pay via Swim Central (can only be used if you have an equal number of male and female swimmers in each team) - Relay Instructions
  2. using the Excel Sheet below
  3. using Hy-Tek's Team Manager software

Submitting Entries

Entries must be received by the closing date.

If using options 2 or 3 above, email the Entry Form or Team Manager Entry File to race.secretary@merrylandsasc.asn.au

Payment Method

Payment must be received prior to the meet.

If using options 2 or 3 above, clubs will be sent an invoice via email for payment online via Credit Card. Payment must be received prior to the meet, or your entries will be removed.
