Manual Event entries for this season's Merrylands SwimFest must be submitted via Club Race Secretaries in electronic format using Hy-tek's Meet Manager or Team Manager software.

Submitting Entries

E-Entries must be received by 5:00pm on Saturday, 11th February, 2017.
Payment and Entry Lists for E-Entries must be received by Tuesday, 14th February, 2017. Race Secretaries are not required to send the Entry Cards.

Please note that this year's meet will be limited to 1,000 individual entries. Entries will close earlier if the entry limit is reached before the closing date.

Send a cheque with the Entry Lists to the address listed in the Program of Events.
